George P. Webb serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pension & Wealth Management Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. Throughout his career, George has advised both institutional and private wealth clients on the design, implementation, and oversight of sophisticated investment programs. His extensive global experience—having traveled to major financial centers around the world—adds valuable international perspective to the firm’s investment and advisory capabilities.
Before leading PWMA, George held senior management positions at several of the industry’s most respected firms, including Fidelity Investments, Northern Trust Global Investments, and Nuveen Investments. He began his career at Aetna Capital Management, where he worked closely with institutional clients on their pension plans, endowments and foundations.
George earned his B.A. in Economics & History from Tulane University, holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and was a Ph.D. Candidate in Finance & Entrepreneurship at Bentley University. George is a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Security Analysts Society, and the National Association of Certified Financial Fiduciaries (NACFF).
Beyond his professional commitments, George is deeply engaged in community service. He volunteers with several nonprofit organizations, including The Hale Reservation and CCT Boston, and previously served as President of the Dover-Sherborn Gridiron Club. A former varsity football coach at Dover-Sherborn Regional High School, George also hosted The Coaches Corner, a weekly community television program. He resides in Dover, Massachusetts with his family.
